Hello all, I’m Lynn, a certified EAPD Coach. I started my journey with EAL Canada as a volunteer in September 2017, I became a certified wrangler in February 2018 and then a coach in July 2022. I’ve continued taking several courses and now specialize in grief/bereavement, stress, depression, anxiety and trauma. I’m also a certified Forest Bathing and Silence Guide.
